We had a wonderful experience working with Genuine Appliance to replace a dishwasher. They assisted us with picking out the best dishwasher for our needs and installed in it in a timely manner. We purchased all new kitchen appliances for our house. We happened to go there after being disappointed by the lack of service at Lowe’s and Home Depot. I told them what I was looking for and was shown something comparable and yet even better because it’s American made!! Our dishwasher and convection stove was installed right away and the refrigerator and microwave nearly 2 months later due to the wait on the fridge. The installation went smoothly and all of my new appliances are working great! I appreciate the service and the helpfulness in directing us to rebates that were , in fact, not available to purchases at big box stores. If you need an appliance for your house, I highly recommend checking Genuine Appliance first!! (Have actually already recommended them to someone)👍🏻👍🏻

We purchased a couch and loveseat. I love that you can walk in their store's see it, like it, take it home on the spot. I researched the set that we purchased prior to making our decision and their prices were on point. I had been on line checking out other vendors and they would say it was in stock and then when you go to their store, they tell you it's at least 6-8 weeks out. When I want furniture, I don't want to wait 8 weeks!

Great service. Not only did they have what we wanted in stock, but delivery was fast and easy. On top of that. The delivery guys was responsible and respectful. We thought we had a dryer problem, and after they replaced and delivered a second appliance, they found the problem was in the plug, not the appliance, and fixed it. Amazing service. That alone would have cost $100's for an electrician. Every single person we interacted with was %100 professional. Our contractor and home inspector missed what they fixed in 10 minutes. I don't care if it's a toaster, I know where to buy appliances. Now you do too.

Refrig didn't fit after delivery. But I requested for a.. exchange. Thry did so but cost was 300.00 extra. Great service snd ever so friendly . Will return to this place.

Bought a dishwasher here about a month or two ago. Excellent experience. Told the sales guy what I was looking for without telling him the price range I was thinking - basically asked him what he had installed at his house. He suggested a unit that's worked excellent for us and was exactly what we were looking for. Whole process in the store took less than 15 minutes. Looked up unit online before I paid for it and they had it for about $100 cheaper than everyone else. Will definitely shop here first for appliance needs in the future.
